Working with your technicians

Diamond machines need technical knowledge to disconnect and reconnect. We work alongside your own technicians or the machine supplier's service team. They handle the electrical and calibration work, while our team handles the safe packing, lifting, transport and placement. This combination keeps the machines safe and makes restart faster.

Planning to save production days

Many units in Surat prefer to move during Diwali vacation, on Sundays or during other planned breaks, so production is not lost. We plan the move around your schedule. Machines can be moved section by section, so part of the unit keeps working while another part shifts. Each machine is placed directly at its marked position in the new unit, so your team can reconnect and start work with minimum delay.

Security and confidentiality

We understand that diamond businesses need high security. Our team does not handle stones, finished diamonds, cash or valuables. These remain with the owner and the owner's trusted staff throughout the move. We move only machines, furniture, equipment and records, and records are packed in sealed, numbered cartons.

Diamond offices and trading offices

Apart from manufacturing units, we also move diamond trading and export offices, assortment rooms and planning departments. These offices have computers, scanners, grading equipment, safes and files, all of which are packed and moved with care, usually over a weekend.

Planning the new unit layout

A move is a good time to improve the layout of a unit. Before the move, we can help mark machine and table positions on the floor of the new unit according to your plan, including the location of power points and lighting. On moving day, every machine and table goes straight to its marked place. This avoids rearranging heavy equipment later and lets your workers start quickly.
