Planning that keeps your business running

Every office move begins with a meeting with your admin or facilities team. We study the current office, the new office layout, the number of workstations and the equipment that needs special care. Based on this, we prepare a schedule: which departments move first, what is packed in advance, and when the main move happens. Most small and medium offices are moved over a weekend, so staff can start working at the new address on Monday morning.

Every item gets a label with its department, desk number and destination room. A copy of the labelling plan goes to your team, which makes unpacking and setup fast and simple.

IT equipment and confidential files

Computers, monitors, servers and networking equipment are packed in anti-static bubble wrap and strong cartons, and moved separately from heavy furniture. Cables are bundled and labelled per desk. We recommend that your IT team backs up data and handles the final network setup, while we take care of safe packing and transport.

Files and records are packed in sealed, numbered cartons. Only the inventory number is written on the outside, not the contents, and the cartons stay sealed until they reach your new office.
