Our factory shifting process

1. Site survey: we visit both locations, list the machines, check weights and sizes, and note access, flooring and loading points.
2. Move plan: we prepare a plan with the order of shifting, the vehicles and lifting equipment needed, and the timeline, agreed with your team.
3. Disconnection: your technicians or machine suppliers disconnect power and utilities and remove sensitive parts. We coordinate with them.
4. Packing and protection: sensitive parts, panels and electronics are wrapped and crated. Machines are padded and protected for transport.
5. Lifting and loading: machines are lifted with suitable equipment such as hydraulic jacks, rollers, chain blocks or cranes, as needed, and loaded on suitable trucks or trailers.
6. Transport and placement: machines are transported and placed at their marked positions in the new factory, ready for your technicians to install.

Planning to reduce downtime

We understand that a factory cannot stop for long. We often move machines in phases, so part of the factory continues working while another part is shifted. Moves can be scheduled on weekly offs, holidays or at night. Machines are placed directly in their final positions at the new site, which saves time during installation.

Safety first

Heavy machines need safe handling. Our team follows safe lifting practices, uses equipment rated for the load, and keeps the work area clear. For very heavy or oversized machines, we arrange cranes and specialised vehicles. We also make sure your floors, gates and sheds are protected during the move.

Stock and raw material

Along with machines, factories have yarn, fabric, chemicals and finished goods. We pack and move stock with proper labelling, so it can be stored or put back into production quickly. Hazardous chemicals are moved only as per safety rules and with proper documentation from your side.

Documentation and coordination

Factory moves often involve gate passes, delivery challans, e-way bills for goods, and permissions from industrial estates or landlords. We work with your accounts and admin teams so that the right documents travel with each vehicle. We also coordinate with machine suppliers, electricians and civil contractors at the new site, so that foundations, power and utilities are ready when the machines arrive.
